I am a registered Minister from the Universal Life Church and my credentials have been filed in Scott County, Minnesota. This allows me to perform wedding ceremonies in the State of Minnesota only.
I am a retired County Recorder who has worked with Vital Records, marriages, since 1991. Working as a county official has given me the opportunity to meet with individuals and I now continue to enjoy passing along this ministry to perform wedding ceremonies.
